What if there are too many cards? Print all? Or, choose which get printed?

We can accommodate any number of cards in an AwesomeBox.

If the number of cards created is more than the box size ordered (i.e., 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 card boxes), the host will receive an email letting them know that not all cards will be printed.

The host can upgrade their box set by clicking on the gear icon  next to your name on the group page to change box settings.

Which cards are printed if I have too many cards?

By default, cards are printed in the order they are created: a 25-card box will contain the first 25 cards created. Hosts can change the sequence that will print by clicking "Re-Arrange Cards" atop the group page.

• Cards that will not be printed based on the current sized box will have a no-print icon (crossed-out printer) in upper left corner as seen in CARD11 above.
• However, cards that are not printed will always remain in the digital version of the AwesomeBox and be visible on the AwesomeBox page, so you can leave them in the box if you want.

Over 100 Cards – Print All?

If you anticipate having over 100 cards, you should contact us at least 24-48 hours before 11:59pm of the deadline date to ask us to "print all" the cards if it goes over 100. Then, the rest will happen automatically. We will charge your credit card for additional cards in the increments of the regular box sizes. 

We will print and ship all the cards in the minimum number of boxes to contain them all. For instance, if 123 cards were created we will ship one 100-card box plus one 25-card box, charging your credit card for a 100-card box plus a 25-card box when the order is placed. We can't print incremental number of cards, so you may want to fill the box so it rounds off at 125, 150, 175, 200 and so on.

If you end up with less than 100 cards, no additional boxes or charges are added. We automatically downgrade the box to the size that will fit the final number.

NOTE: On your group page, you may still see the no-print icon on cards over 100, but if we had marked your box to "print all" cards, rest assured that they will all be printed. And, your receipt will include the full cost, but won't have a line item for the overage portion.

What if I have too few card for the box size?

We automatically downgrade the box size you will pay for if fits in a lower-size tier (10, 25, 50, 75). For example, if you originally chose a 75-card box, but have 50 cards or less, we will automatically downgrade it before processing the order and charging your credit card.

However, if you have 58 cards, for example, you will be charged for a 75-card box if that is what you originally selected. If you only want to be charged for 50, go to Settings (pictured above) and select a 50-card box. Then Re-Arrange Cards (explained above) to choose which 50 get printed.

Many hosts choose to add cards up to the chosen box-size in order not to waste cards. We can't print smaller increments of cards or one-off cards due to our printing process.
