We can accommodate any number of cards in an AwesomeBox.
If the number of cards created is more than the box size ordered (i.e., 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 card boxes), the host will receive an email letting them know that not all cards will be printed.
The host can upgrade their box set by clicking on the gear icon next to your name on the group page to change box settings.
Over 100 cards?
If you anticipate having over 100 cards, you should contact us at least 24-48 hours before 11:59pm of the deadline date to ask us to print all the cards if it goes over 100. Then, the rest will happen automatically. We will charge your credit card for additional cards in the increments of the regular box sizes.
We will print and ship all the cards in the minimum number of boxes to contain them all. For instance, if 125 cards were created we will ship one 100-card box plus one 25-card box, charging your credit card accordingly when the order is placed.
If you end up with less than 100 cards, no additional boxes or charges are added.
NOTE: On your group page, you may still see the no-print icon on cards over 100, but if we had marked your box to "print all" cards, rest assured that they will all be printed.
Which cards are printed?
By default, cards are printed in the order they are created: a 25-card box will contain the first 25 cards created.
Hosts can change the sequence that will print by selecting "Re-Arrange Cards" at the top of the group page.
Cards that will not be printed based on the current sized box will have a crossed-out printer icon in upper left corner as seen in CARD11 above.
However, cards that are not printed will always remain in the digital version of the AwesomeBox and be visible on the AwesomeBox page.
