I can't find a box I hosted or cards I made

If you've lost an AwesomeBox that you're hosting, you don't see cards that you made or you believe your work has disappeared, don't worry — we have them!

Try one these solutions:

1. Make sure you're logged in with the email address to which you were invited or that you used previously on www.AwesomeBox.com. If people have used several emails, they'll have several accounts.
   
   
2. Go to the menu in the upper-right corner of your browser next to your name (when you're logged in), which looks like this:
   
   
   • When you log in, you are taken to the most recent AwesomeBox, which may include one you created by accident (e.g. "Created 05/25/2018" in screenshot above).
     
     
3. Find the invitation you were previously emailed by clicking on "Find your invitation" in the upper-right corner of your browser, which looks like this: 
   
   
   
   
4. If you started a box when you first visited www.AwesomeBox.com, never logged in and didn't finish setting up the box after you created cards (so that we know your name and email), then we still have the box. But, it may be challenging for us to locate it. Contact us and tell us the date you started the box and some text you may have written in a card's caption.
