How do I unlock a box to share it publicly?

If you would like to share your AwesomeBox with non-participants so that they can view it and listen to the music dedications, you need to ask us to "unlock" it manually on our back end.

But, you should do this after you've given the box to the recipient so the surprise isn't busted. When we unlock the box, it triggers our automated email to the recipient (if it hasn't already been sent) with their unique link to access their AwesomeBox, listen to the music dedications and thank everyone in one fell swoop if they want.

Hosts or recipients can contact our support desk to ask us to "unlock" the AwesomeBox page and tell us whether the recipient has received the box yet. We will send you a special URL you can use to share the box.

Note: If the box is unlocked, anyone with the special link can view it. However, it is not indexed or crawled by search engines. So, no one will find it without the unique unlocked URL.
